Check-In/Out

Check-in is on Monday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Conference Center on Brigham Young University campus. Please come on time! Family, friends, and fans are welcome to attend the concerts on Saturday but only participants are allowed to be on location during the week.

Housing participants should check out of their rooms on Saturday morning before rehearsals to leave immediately after the evening shows. All participants MUST check out with their counselor or a member of the ReMix staff after the final performance (no earlier than 5:00 PM) on Saturday evening.

Daily Schedule

We will start each day at 9:00 AM (other than Monday) and finish at 9:00 PM (other than Saturday). Please be on time each day! In the evening, those staying in housing will be taken to their residence halls and commuters will need to be picked up promptly. Rehearsal time is very short so we discourage checking out your participant except in emergency cases. Participants will be learning simple choreography and we ask that they come rested and prepared to work and have fun!

Meal Money

Lunches will be provided for all participants. Those staying in housing are given a meal card good for breakfasts and dinners. Those who are commuting are provided lunches only. You may bring or buy dinner on a day to day basis on campus. Meals can range from $8 to $15.

What to Wear

Please wear clothes and shoes that allow you to be comfortable as you move and rehearse. For the ReMix Concert, we will provide your shirt. You will need to bring a pair of long dark jeans and black shoes (remember that you’ll need to move and dance in whatever you bring). Since we are on BYU campus, we are asked to follow the BYU Honor Code (shorts and skirts must be knee-length and no sleeveless shirts, no bare midriffs, and no tank tops).

Concert and Tickets

You will perform in two concerts on Saturday July 22. You will be expected to participate in both concerts. This means you cannot check out before 5pm. Please plan travel around this.

ReMix Music

Two weeks before ReMix begins, you will receive an email containing the songs that you will perform at the ReMix Concerts. It is expected that all songs will be memorized before you arrive on the first day of ReMix. Solo auditions will take place on the first day of ReMix.
